To ensure employee safety, DIAM’s internal safety policies are often put the test. Here, its Emergency Response Team handled the disaster drill by calling the local fire department and haz-mat crew to assist on the scene. A debriefing followed with participating agencies to discuss lessons learned and areas for improvement.
